He was born in 1967 in Tirebolu district of Giresun province.
He completed primary and secondary school at Karakaya elementary school in the village.
He was graduated from Yıldız University Mechanical Engineering in 1989.
In 1992, he completed my graduate studies.In 2007, he completed his master's degree in Computer Engineering.
He worked as a lecturer at Beykent University. He has been involved in software and pipe engineering since 1986.
